So I joined this coolio rp site a little while ago, and decided to use my default character for joinin up new sites. Elien xD
But see, I decided to spice up her backstory. Since this is a rp board where I can literally have any sort of character from any sorta universe. SO. I decided to make her an angel I:
HOWEVER. Not like. A spirit/soul with fluffy white wings or whatever. An angel in Elien's new universe is basically just a race of people that live up on this huge floating island called Paradise, and they can summon up wings made up of sunlight and magic and stuff. They can also live for a long ass time (Elien's age is like 230 somethin').
And then there are demons. Which aren't evil or out to get your soul. They're a race that live, instead of up in the sky, below the earth in huge caverns and tunnels. Instead of wings, they can summon up claws, and most have a set of horns to help them deal with the rough-and-tumble life on earth. They live for a long ass time too (Jake is like 300).
Anyway, it's another typical Elien/Jake backstory. She crashes into a tree while ditching her boring ass guard-job, and Jake just happened to be napping under the same tree. Flash bang boom, he's all "Omg I'm in love" and she's like "What in the shit"
Should be noted that angels and demons don't much like each other. They sorta both think they should be in charge of humans and the rest of the planet. Fun times. But of course, after like a century of Jake being /Jake/, Elien's like "Well damn okay" and BAM. Married happy couple that piss off Elien's bosses all the time because she is terrible at doing her job (/jobs, she's been fired from like 3 for not doing them right) and oh my, an angel and a demon! Nooo! (it's been done before them, of course, they aren't ground-breakers, but it's still pretty frowned upon).
Jake's kind of adorable with horns I: And how come every time I wanna draw horns on a dude, I give them ram horns? ... Shit, I unno, I like curly ram horns 8D
And as for that pic of Elien, the red marks represent scars. Because, as you can see, Elien knows her shit with a sword. One of her first titles/jobs was 'Arch Blade' which basically meant she was up there with the toughest, and was considered a master with a blade. But she got bored with the guard-duty job that that entailed and flew off during duty hours to earth (and then met Jake lolol). So then she was fired, and had to guard a gate instead. She messed that up, letting people through because she was bored, and then got fired again and demoted to a bridge-guard. She let more people across because she was still bored, and then all of the Archs were like "ELIEN Y U NO LISTEN."
Eeyup.
